AWESOME article and look around the Groban 'estate'...and I don't think he's kidding about the zipline. That is one spoiled with love doggie,
sleeping on the master's bed (where else, right?) I see he's got board games, a pool table, crosswords going...stacks of books. Really really nice
job decorating it for a young man, earth tones in some areas, bright colors and art in others. Love it, great job Lindy !! I does seem big to rattle around
in by yourself, I'd keep the condo too.

Cheeky said it all. I'd love to have a tree house in my backyard and have a zip line to it. If the project wasn't so expensive and if our backyard wasn't so buggy, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Great article.

Cindy, thanks so much for the post - and Amy for scanning the article.
I stopped at two stores tonight to see if it's out here in Chi-town yet, but guess it's too early, so I really appeciate you guys sharing. What a wonderful home Josh has - it may be big, but it's beauty and class are obvious and what a happy place it must be most of the time. Just reading about Josh and Sweeney together makes me smile - imagine the love when it's filled with family and friends. Thanks Josh for giving us yet another glimpse of your wonderful self. Judy |

That is a very fine looking place! Congrats to Josh and Lindy for creating a house he can enjoy and use to entertain guests.
One small point, from the perspective of Malibu fire concerns and California best fire protection practices, in general: I'd feel more comfortable if he had more clear area around the house. Those huge eucalypts crowding the house make for a nice setting, until the day (please God never) when the next Malibu fire emergency erupts and the howling wind blows the flaming embers off the trees turned into torches. I suspect he's learned lessons from David Foster's experience and will take what measures he can. |

Well, I'm *not* an interior designer, so I'll just second all Heather's "ooooh's" and "ahhhh's"
Love the color scheme, the personal momentos, LURVE the artwork, and especially love that although everything is so tastefully done and impeccably chosen, there's still a Guitar Hero guitar leaned against the fireplace. THAT's our guy!!

Thx for sharing this article.Well looks like Sweeney sure is the king of the castle and Josh the prince.I am
so happy for him that he has this beautiful home and of course his mother helping to decorate it...so so nice...THey are lucky they have such a great relationship....given all the pressure of being a celebrity.. I am so thrilled they are keeping it all together....even Sweeney..Yay!!
