Maybe someone could post the information here as well? I'm sure there are a few fans from this board that are not FOJG members that are going to Chess as well. I don't think it is a FOJG only event. website.

Please note, this is PRELIMINARY information only. There is a lot of work to be done before definite arrangements can be announced. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates. And please remember what Kim said, this is a fan-meet, not a M&G with Josh. Costs will depend on venue etc. For all Updates on the M& G please refer to this thread on a regular basis. Hi All As I know many of you have been asking after the M&G in London, I thought it was about time our thread got started. Firstly I know most people know this but attending a M&G is in no way a guarantee or otherwise of Meet and Greeting Josh! This is a fan event only. The Plan. Please bear with us, the logistics of an event this size in London is astronomical. We know that many of you are travelling 1000's miles, so are aware that keeping the cost to a minimim is paramount. We are presently scouting suitable venues, both in price and in location. What we are hoping for, is that the M & G will be on the 13th, the day of the show, around about 12.00-15.30pm (venue allowing). This allows for a little leeway. It will include food and various activities, hopefully with a fundraiser for the GFC . The costing depends on the amount of people who wish to attend this, so hence the need now to collect names of anyone who would like to be there. The cost we estimate presently is around £30.00 (UK) Per person. If you are coming with guests please remember to add them. This is only a prelim. list so please let us know asap so we can set things in motion. NEW NEWS Hi Guys Just a quick reminder, next week we will be opening the fee's pot to take your booking's for the M&G. More info on that then. We have decided NOT to do goodie bags for the M & G, due to the amount of people, who would be attending. We are however holding a GFC fundraiser, with both items from the GFC and items donated by you guys. If you wish to donate an item Kate/Saffron/Saffy on FOJG has kindly agreed to keep a list.
