To send a pm to a person you open that persons profile by clicking the persons username to the left on each post.
On the right side of the profile it says " My contact information" and second from the top you read " My inbox: send me a message". If you click on that link you can write a pm to that person. Hope this helps, English is not my first language so you have to excuse my grammar. Birgitta in Sweden

PM means "Private Message". On both FOJG AND on www.joshgroban.com, each registered member has a Private Message mailbox where they can send and receive Private Messages to other member on THAT website. For the FOJG website, only fully PAID members get a Private Message mailbox.

Thanks all for the help. I should have known what that meant. I've emailed the webmaster because I can't access the chat boards on FOJG even though I'm a member. I'm able to access everything else though. Weird.

Hi....I wasn't sure where to send this info....KMRN215@aol.com-login is Kathleo...Thanks for all your help. It has been so fustrating. It just goes to show how new I am to the board but I did everything I was supposed to do and well nothing...If anyone else could guide me I would appreciate your assistance. Thanks so much.

Fear not! You are DEFINITELY NOT the only person experiencing this type of thing, after joining FOJG. We've had MAJOR computer problems, within FOJG, for MANY MONTHS now. It is, in part, why the FOJG presales are having to be delayed. The following are the "OFFICIAL FOJG INSTRUCTIONS" concerning how to handle these sorts of problems: "Trouble logging in? Forgot your FOJG password? Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the FOJG Fan Club. Your password can be found in your membership confirmation email. If you cannot find your password, please click on the "forgot your password?" link on the home page. If you still have trouble logging in, please try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. If that doesn't work, submit a support ticket to the FOJG Support Team and a representative will assist you further. Trouble with your Welcome Package? Didn't get your patch or membership card? Packages normally take 6-8 weeks from the day that you receive your membership confirmation email. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you have not received your package within 6-8 weeks from the date you received your membership confirmation email, then please submit a support ticket to the FOJG Team or Private Message the board moderator Wyatt on the boards with your full name, address and tshirt size so your order can be tracked. If you are still having trouble please send our moderator Wyatt an email at wyattec@warnerreprise.com." In my PERSONAL experience, following these "OFFICIAL INSTRUCTIONS" is a colossal WASTE OF TIME! It has been taking, on average, 2 - 6 WEEKS (or LONGER), to get any sort of response from ANYONE, once one has filled out a "Support Ticket" OR sent and e-mail/Private Mail message to our moderatory, Wyatt. He and the other FOJG/JG.com moderators, are responsible for moderating both Josh websites, as well as numerous other artists' websites, so they're wayyyyyyyy behind on addressing many issues. I would highly recommend that you TELEPHONE or WRITE to the Server of FOJG which is: Sparkart, LLC Phone number 1-510-420-0201, option 2 [no one ever answers the phone so just leave a message] Address: P.O.
