Oh goody!! Because every other series is in repeats right now. Morgan can be wound up too, but he is able to talk it out and relax - you would never see
Hotch be as easy going with Garcia as Morgan is.
With many female bosses, they still feel they have to act twice as tough as men to get half the respect. They seem to forget - that attitude is called
aggressive in men, and bitchy in women. The bosses I liked best, both sexes were fair, but firm, and did not play favourites. If you want respect from your
employees, you have to give respect to them too. Fear is not respect. One woman who comes to mind who really knew how to play that game well was Madelaine
Albright. I think she was Secretary of State under Bill Clinton. Everybody admired her, and genuinely liked her too.
I can't remember what my father thought of Albright. I know he liked Janet Reno. He said that fiasco with Waco that she got blamed for was not her fault
at all. She had just come in to office and nobody had told her anything about what was going on. But rather than say it wasn't her fault, she took the full
blame and offered to step down because she wanted to take responsibility for what happened. I also respect her because she made fun of herself by going on SNL.
She was also good at public speaking despite her Parkinson's disease. It's hard enough to give a speech when you don't have a problem that makes
you shake constantly, but she would get up and she'd be shaking uncontrollably bc of the disease, yet she would stay calm and confident. Morgan has always
seemed quick to anger, but I like how he deals with his co-workers. When Reid was acting like a little bitchy brat, Morgan just said "Check yourself"
and then made sure to listen to him rather than getting angry. I also like how Hotch handles behavior problems. He never yelled at his team members in front of
people. He would just ask to speak to them in private and then tell them what they did wrong. Although he did snap at Prentiss once or twice. I like Prentiss
better than Elle because I feel Prentiss has a better balance of being strong and tough, yet has a soft side at the same time. Elle didn't have much
patience and went from 0 to !*%@* in no time. She couldn't seem to get a handle on her emotions. From what I understand, Lola Glaudini (Elle) is a real
sweetheart though. Paget is really sweet, and she's hilarious when she's giving interviews.
Oh, on a totally different note, I was wrong about the number of surgeries Matt Gubler had. Apparently it was only 3. He kept note of when his surgeries
were on twitter. Apparently he was injured in late May and was bedridden for 4 days. He thought he was going to be in a wheelchair on the show for awhile, but
he ended up either sitting or on crutches for the scenes. But now he's walking without any assistance, so I imagine he's pretty happy. He's even
sleeping in his "christmas tent" in his living room for the rest of the month. LOL. He's such a kid. I bet he and Josh would have fun hanging
out. They are close to the same age, both like music, both like doing things for charity, both support the arts, both love their dogs, both love their little
brothers, both love their parents, both have good senses of humor, both look good in vests, both enjoy playing Guitar Hero, and both are just very sweet guys
who are shy with the ladies.
Since I'm bored I'll close with a dose of cuteness: Matt with his dog, Mallory.

There are tons of places to walk indoors. Many malls open their doors around 7 am for walkers - at least in my city. The stores aren't open, so it is
very quiet. I have gone to the Apple Store for a very early computer lesson a few times, and lots of folks take advantage of that. You do not have to miss
your daily walk for bad weather.
He did?? Hmmmmm ---.
