Forgive me if someone has had this idea and I missed it, but here it is. Call me crazy (and I'm sure some of you will) but don't you think
Josh would have a blast if we did a flash dance at a concert on his next tour?
For those who missed it, watch this: Oprah's Flash Dance It's inspired by the T-Mobile commercials in London's Liverpool Street Station where everyone starts dancing.
At Oprah's, four choreographers taught about 800 people and interspersed them in the crowd. And those 800 taught those around them in under two hours! 21,000 people. We could certainly teach at least a section of the crowd. And if we could post the dance on say Youtube ahead of time for all to learn at their own pace, we could do a lot more. We have tons of time to work out the details, but I say we either pick an upbeat song like Machine or wait until the next album comes out for a new song. And we pick certain cities (just a couple) from the tour to do it in so it won't get old for him. The dance moves don't have to be full-fledged motions (not a lot of room to dance unless you're in the aisle), they could be just hand, arm and hips. Nothing huge. The idea is number and synchronocity.
So, it may be a totally nut job idea, but I figured I'd hang it out there. Come on. You have to admit it looks like fun. And wouldn't he just be totally shocked??
Let me know what you think!
(I posted this also in the Tour Forum, but since it's so dead in there, please forgive me for reposting it here)
