On July 5th 29 fans from the Dutch Fanclub gathered at a small Amsterdam cinema called "Cavia" (= Dutch for Guinea pig) to watch the entire Chess
Judith came up with this idea and luckily, enough people wanted to come so the price per person would be acceptable.
Everybody arrived safely and after a drink, some chatting and a welcome by Judith, the movie was started.
Cora, who organized this together with Judith specifically asked for NO SINGING ALONG but I think that wouldn't have happened anyway.
Everybody sat there, totally silent for two times 1h15m! There was a small intermission for drinks and bathroom breaks.
Seeing it on a big screen with a good sound quality is the next best thing to actually being there.
Most people didn't attend the concert in London, only a handful of the 29 present.
After the screening some people went home but others walked to a nearby restaurant to have dinner together.
All in all a very pleasant day!
