What does being a vegetarian have to do with kids in Africa? Don't you care about the kids in America who go hungry every night? You don't eat meat because "it's bad for you" so that makes more for the less fortunate children of third world countries? What is your point? You just think you choose to be a vegetarian, you'll never know whether it's really you or an outside cause pushing you towards that. Therefore, THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG.
Seriously though, why does no one care about THE KIDS IN AMERICA WHO DON'T HAVE FOOD. Let us take care of our own before we take care of others.
If you would kindly look at my first post on page 1, I clearly stated that consumption of meat contributes to poverty around the world because the food that was orginally supposed to be given to people living in poverty is instead being used to fatten up animals raised for food. This is not a very known fact. We can help starving people in America as well, but we can do one simple thing that can help stop poverty EVERYWHERE. Go vegetarian.
