Amy Winehouse had better watch it, because this gal has REAL talent and appears to have it all together. Can't believe someone hasn't signed her yet! I went to her web site, and she has a lot of songs she performs. She appears to be youngish (18-22), but has an old soul for music, strumming, and just putting it out there. Good Job, Brooke.

I'll have a music students recital and will play a solo for cello!!!!! But isn't just that!!!!!! Today, when I brought at my work (I didn't tell you! I started to work in my dad's Tourism Trainning School in the last week!!!) I received the scrap that the Conductor Israel Menezes has called me, and he invited me to sing a concert on the Municipal Theatre of Rio de Janeiro on July 13th!!!!!! One day after my birthday!!!!! It turns out next summer I plan to go to USDAN -pronounced YOOS-DAN. (http://www.usdan.com/) an arts camp in Long Island, NY that's almost EXACTLY like Interlochen. It has nature for a campus like Interlochen too! I plan to major in drama and minor in writing - although I don't want to be an actual actress on stage but a voice actress for animation. My strings group was approved in the audition for a tv show here in Brazil, like Idols, but there you can do what you want!!! So my friends have decided that we could participate of the audition (faulting just 2 days for the audition!!!!), and now we are preparing us to go to São Paulo this weekend to record our participation there!!! I can't wait to get it. I had been very sad because I haven't been able to attend to any of your concerts. My dream is that one day I'll be able to, and at the same time meet you in person. I want to be able to give you a big hug and thank you for everything you do for me. I have memorized every song from your AWAKE, CLOSER, JOSH GROBAN albums, I know all of them, and they are just fantastic. However, I am sorry to say that I wasn't with you from the beginning. Right when your career took off, I was away, fighting my own battles -I lost a few, and won a couple. On the midst of my turmoil, your voice found me, I wasn't even looking, and yet, you reached me.
